This recipe is super easy and only takes 5 minutes to make. You could take this to a football party or to a family backyard barbeque as a side dish.

Serves 3 to 4

Ingredients:

1 bag of coleslaw mix (green cabbage, carrots, purple cabbage)

2 tablespoons of real mayo (enough to wet the mix)

black pepper to taste

1 cup dill relish, drained

Directions:

Combine all above ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Serve cold.

I have found that  if it sits at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving, the flavors set up well. We have also eaten this as a leftover dish the next day and it was even better. Quick, easy, and nutritious. Stay on The Hunt!
