These are super easy to make and one of Emma’s (age 7) favorites to both make from scratch and eat. If your main goal is to lose body fat, omit the chocolate chips. If you are a client, you know why!

Makes 15 cookies

Ingredients:

2 large bananas

1 1/2 cup of 100% rolled oats

1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)

dash of cinnamon

dash of vanilla flavoring (no corn syrup added)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

Pre-heat oven on bake at 350. First, mash bananas in a mixing bowl, then add all other ingredients and mix well. Using a tablespoon, place cookie clumps on a non-stick cookie sheet and do not let them touch. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and let cool. Enjoy!
