We believe in the Lordship of Jesus Christ in all areas of our lives, meaning, He is at the center of all things. In order to live wholly into His purposes and plans for our lives, we must give Him full access. He wants all of us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We are whole people composed of physical, emotional and spiritual attributes. All are integrated into one and are not meant to be separated from another.
What would our lives look like if we fully surrendered all to Him, giving ourselves, our thoughts, our bodies, our emotions, and our hearts over to Him?
Our heart is to be a living sacrifice of what it looks like when we come under His Lordship, becoming fully like Him in speech and deeds. After all, we are called to be transformed, metamorphosed fully into Him, doing the greater things He has destined us to do. Jesus has been resurrected from the dead and is fully alive and we are called to be His hands and His feet, living resurrected lives where He is our sole limit. When we say we believe, it goes beyond that of words and into radical obedience to His Spirit through faith in action, a living into a holy discontentment. The best way to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ is to fully become it. We believe in standing firm in His Truth, His living Word, which brings life and nourishment to our bodies, our emotions, and our spirit-man.
Romans 8:11
“And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of His Spirit who lives in you.”
