Kevin is well on his way to Hunt Strong Status! He hit the program with all four wheels spinning! It was not easy, after all, he is changing his whole lifestyle, Training and Eating right. He has completed all his workouts and not once give in to cravings nor did he consume foods not on The Hunt Strong Nutritional Plan.
Kevin’s biggest test was at the tail end of his first week. He was on the road at the National Wild Turkey Federation Convention in Nashville, TN all weekend for a total of three days. We communicated almost everyday just to make sure that we were both on the same page in the same book. This is just going to be one of many tests that he will have to endure. Kevin’s new profound Hunt Strong way of eating has him looking at food from a new perspective. Kevin is down a total of 6 lbs. in the form of scale weight, which does not explain the whole picture. Since Kevin has started back in the gym, he will put on more lean muscle mass in the first few months due to muscle memory. So overall, his body fat percentage will decrease and his lean muscle mass will increase along with his strength and endurance. In other words, he has probably dropped more than 6 lbs. of bodyfat already. Awesome job Kevin and keep up the great work. Stay posted! Hunt Strong, Train To Hunt!
