Ingredients:

1 bag of small butter potatoes

all natural raw honey

ground mustard

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Place whole potatoes on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until soft. Remove from oven. Using a potato smasher, apply pressure and smash each potato. Then drizzle all natural raw honey on each potato, season with ground mustard. Change your cooking method to broil on high and roast on the top oven rack until golden brown. The honey will carmelize. Let cool for 5 to 7 minutes. Now, let the muscles soak it all in.
