Jack LaLanne, “Godfather of Fitness“, dies at 96 years old. Jack not only talked the talked, but he was well known for walking the walk throughout his entire life. That’s what separated him from others trainers and fitness experts worldwide. I can remember at a young age turning on the TV and watching Jack perform his exercises and stretching techniques for one purpose, to encourage and motivate others to become more physically and mentally fit. I can’t not smile as I remembered how Jack LaLanne would close out each of his sessions on TV by singing out loud. Not many trainers can say this, but I did have one client in common with Jack LaLanne who trained with him back in the 1950’s. You could tell that Jack made a positive influence on her life because at the age of 66, she was still able to perform 5 pull ups. Thanks Jack for all your dedication and passion for optimal health and fitness, you will always be remembered.
