Ingredients:
flank steak
sea salt
black pepper
smoked paprika
garlic powder
onion powder
Directions:
Pre-heat grill to 600 plus degrees. Remove as much saturated fat (the white stuff) as possible. Season evenly with the above ingredients on both sides. Place the flank steak on direct heat for 2 minutes, shut grill lid. Then flip and shut lid for two more minutes. Then flip back over for four more minutes. Then remove. Flex those biceps and ask your guest “Which way is the dinner table”?
