Hunt Strong’s Work Out on The Hunt

     This is an example of how I train while I am on my hunts. I started this work out with weight resistant exercises and followed that by a two mile run. I like to train in the same conditions I will be hunting in so that my body can adhere to the conditions the wilderness provides. (more…)
